Health and wellness cover a variety of aspects. A few of these are physical fitness, social community, and emotional well-being. Although all aspects are meant to be nurtured and equally important, Wellness Scribe leans more towards mental health and emotional well-being, specifically self-love and self-improvement.
Most of us know that these are dimensions of health and wellness that are rarely to not at all discussed and taught in school. As an effect, we, at some point in our lives, find it ultimately challenging to figure out ways on how to really and fully embrace ourselves. As the Wellness Scribe, I’m very excited to share with you the ideas I have as I use writing as my instrument in achieving self-love and self-improvement. Stay tuned!
